    A multi dimensional approach with each individual’s session is her approach. These include the physical aspect of movement, the educational angle of understanding why we do what we do, as well as, the mental, emotional and spiritual outlook on how your objectives can be met.

    Bri is a movement nerd and overall geek when it comes to what the human body and mind are capable of. Her journey began when she broke her ankle in 6 different places playing soccer back in 2006.

    Physical therapy was an intense process of 1.5 years of rehabilitation, strength training, and goal setting with a group of experts helping her to get back her feet --literally. This whole process helped to make her a true believer , and that with the right environment and mindset, the body really can heal itself and grow stronger over time.

    While living in San Diego, California, she became certified as a 200-Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor.

    Additional certifications also include Stretch Therapist, and Breath Work Facilitator.

    Through these trainings and continuing education courses, she offers an all encompassing approach with each individual’s session.
