Structural Integration
Cody is a Rolf Practitioner/Structural Integrator and graduate of The Guild for Structural Integration. She has been practicing for 14 years, helping people rebuild their structures via fascia and connective tissue. They become more mobile, have more flexibility and less pain. This work brings the body back to health so people can do what they love to do and what they remember doing before the injury limited their lives. Or before they lost hope. Treating chronic injuries, pain management and movement analysis.

Cody has recently added scar therapy and Reiki to her practice. Reiki brings energy to parts of the body that need it most, physical and emotional. Scar therapy opens the scarred tissue getting it integrated with the rest of the body’s tissues so movement isn’t blocked.
